Foot Baths

Warm foot baths can be used to combat congestive headaches, as it helps draw blood away from congested body areas.
Recommendation:
Submersion of the feet and legs up to mid calf using warm, cold or contrast temperatures.
Use a large bucket, large enough for feet and deep enough for water to reach mid calf.
Warm water should be at 36-38 degrees celsius.
Leave feet in for 5-20 mins and add more hot water as needed to maintain warth.
Have a blanket or cover on the person to keep warmth and enhance perspiration.
You can add selected additives such as mustard flour or epsom salt.
