TOTW Knee pain stem from the hip and feet

Most knee pain that do not stem from a direct trauma to the knee are a result of improper biomechanics in the hip and feet.  Try hip stability exercises focusing on endurance and proprioception (balance) first.  When this fails, get a video biomechanical analysis of your gait or specific sport in order to get to that root cause.
